I consider there are 7 areas of health that are important for wellbeing in the 21st century. In my experience as a conventional and integrated health practitioner, these are the areas I would like to bring into focus.

    Lu Jong

    I teach Lu Jong because it has great benefits for the mind, body and spirit. Lu Jong is a vital part of my personal daily exercise routine as it is simple, efficient, effective and versatile. I never expected to be contemplating quantum physics and relativity theory when considering the place that eastern wisdom, thought and philosophy has in a western world but they appear to be strongly aligned.

    I trained in Mexico with a teacher I found in the USA and discovered a treasure of simple mindful movements and ancient wisdom that provided a solution for many 21st-century health challenges, often brought about by a mind-body disconnect and separation from nature..

    Medical Accupuncture

    This has been a great discovery.

    I am eternally grateful to the British Medical Acupuncture Society for their world-class training and evidence-based approach in the use of Medical Acupuncture. 

     Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of medical conditions for which conventional medicine may not have an effective solution. 

    It worked wonders for me personally with work stress and musculoskeletal symptoms. 

    I, therefore, wanted to make it available for patients. I do at 2 locations in London presently. 

    My Experience

    In 20+ years of working in healthcare, I learnt that good health goes beyond the physical and psychological.

    It includes good nutrition, correct and regular exercise, creative expression, healthy relationships, environmental awareness and sound financial health. 

    When all these areas are incorporated into a plan for health, there is greater access to overall wellness and a sense of peace, happiness and joy!! 

    I also realised that Western Medicine does not provide all the solutions for health and wellness.

    It is for this reason that I explored and now provide Eastern practices adapted for the West to make this wisdom available to people.

    Dr Deniah (was) great. I was so happy when she done my treatments because she make me comfortable and understand me all the time, I’m so sad because she gonna leave and I cannot see her again. I wish all the best for her and I appreciate her.
